Module 1: The Trust Funnel
Content builds trust, trust starts conversations, conversations become clients — the four stages in full detail, with the signals that tell you each stage is working.

Stage 1: Content that earns attention
The Trust Funnel starts with content — not because content is magic, but because it is the only scalable way to prove you know what you are talking about. Every post is a small demonstration: I understand your problem, I have thought about it deeply, and I can help. Do that publicly, repeatedly, and strangers start treating you like a guide.
Follow the 80/20 rule: 80% of your content teaches, entertains, or helps with zero ask; 20% invites people toward your offer. The 80% is what builds the asset. Teach the frameworks, share the mistakes, tell the stories, answer the questions your audience actually asks. The 20% is allowed to say "I help people with this — here is how to work with me." Without the 80%, the 20% feels like an ambush.
Cadence matters more than brilliance. Three to five useful posts per week beats one perfect essay per month, because trust compounds on repetition. People do not trust the best creator they have seen once; they trust the good creator they have seen fifty times. Document what you are learning and doing — it is easier to sustain than inventing content, and audiences trust practitioners over theorists.

List 10 questions your ideal client asks you (or would ask). These are your next 10 posts — the 80% that builds trust. Write them as post titles.

Stage 2: Trust compounds
Trust does not arrive in a moment; it accumulates like interest. Week one, someone likes a post. Week four, they comment. Week eight, they message you a question. Week twelve, they ask how to work with you. Each touchpoint is small, but the compounding is real — and it only works if you keep showing up.
Learn to read the signals. Early trust: likes and follows. Growing trust: comments with questions, saves, shares. Warm trust: direct messages asking for advice, people tagging friends, someone referencing your framework in their own words. When DMs start arriving unprompted — "quick question about..." — your funnel is working. Track these weekly; they are your leading indicators, more important than follower count.
One behavior accelerates everything: reply to every comment, especially in the first hour. The algorithm rewards it, but more importantly, the human on the other side feels seen — and feeling seen is the raw material of trust. The creators who monetize best are not the ones with the best content; they are the ones with the most conversations. Every reply is a tiny deposit in the trust account.

Your profile is a landing page
While your content earns attention, your profile closes the quiet conversions — the people who find a post, click through, and decide in ten seconds whether you are worth following. Treat your profile as a landing page, not a resume. Every element has one job: turn a curious visitor into a follower, and a follower into an eventual buyer.
The anatomy: your banner should state who you help and the outcome, in plain words — not a stock photo. Your headline should say "I help [who] get [result]" rather than your job title. Your featured section should hold your best proof: results, testimonials, your lead magnet. Your about section should read like a short sales letter for following you: the problem you solve, who it is for, and what to do next.
Here is the part most people miss: you can build the entire inbound business without a website. Your profile is the landing page, your content is the traffic, your DMs are the sales calls. A sharp profile plus consistent content outperforms a pretty website with no audience every single time. Fix the profile this week — it is the highest-leverage hour in this whole course.
