Module 0: Start Here
Before you write a word, get oriented. This short module shows you what you’ll build, how the course works, and what you’ll walk away with — so every post after this one serves the strategy, not just the publish button.

What you’ll build in this course
Stop renting attention with ads and start earning it. By the end of this course you’ll have a working content strategy, a topic pipeline, posts that rank and get read, and a distribution system that multiplies every article you publish. Seven modules move from strategy (who it’s for, what it should cause), through finding topics and writing posts people finish, into the calendar habit, distribution, measurement, and finally promotion through outreach and partnerships.
This is an engine-building course. You’ll define your strategy on one page, build a topic pipeline you can’t run dry, write and publish real posts, set up a distribution checklist that multiplies each one, and learn to read the numbers that tell you what to write next. Expect about four hours of focused work plus the writing itself — because a content engine is built by publishing, not by planning to publish.

How to use this course
Each module has three short lessons. Read a lesson, mark it complete for +10 XP, and answer the quiz that follows for +40 XP. The quizzes check that the core idea landed — they’re not trick questions. Scattered through the modules are build brief prompts: questions about your audience, your topics, and your distribution channels, whose answers collect into one document.
That document is the point. Answer the prompts as you go and they assemble into your build brief — your strategy, your pipeline, your distribution plan, all in your own words. Finish all seven modules and you unlock the final exam: ten questions, and a completion badge worth +100 XP when you pass.
Your build brief and what you’ll have at the end
The build brief is where this course pays for itself. Every module asks you 2–3 questions — who you write for, what you’ll write about, where you’ll distribute — and your answers save automatically. When you’re done, download the brief as a designed PDF: your complete content strategy, ready to hand to a writer, an assistant, or us.
Here’s our promise, printed on the last page of that PDF: if you’d rather have the engine run for you than run it yourself, hand us the brief and we treat it as the starting brief. No starting over, no explaining twice. Our Growth retainer ($3,000/mo) can run your content operation — but whether you DIY or hand it off, you’ll finish knowing exactly how content earns attention and why most blogs quietly die.
