Start Here: How to Use This Course
Five minutes here will save you hours later. How the course works, what to do in what order, and what you'll walk away with.
What this course actually teaches
This isn't another productivity system — it's a way to design your time instead of just managing it. You'll learn to plan by outcomes instead of tasks, audit where your hours really go, build a week with a job for every day, protect deep work with power blocks, and run a weekly review that actually holds.
Six modules, twenty-four lessons. Module 1 reframes planning around outcomes. Module 2 audits your week honestly. Module 3 designs the week. Module 4 designs the day. Module 5 installs the Friday Reset review. Module 6 protects it all from burnout and other people's priorities.
How to use it: lessons, quizzes, build brief
Each module has four short lessons. Read the lesson, then hit Mark lesson complete for +10 XP. After the lessons, there's a quiz — get it right for +40 XP. Wrong answers just show you the right one.
The Build brief prompts ask you to apply each lesson to your actual schedule — your real time thieves, your real energy map, your real week. Answer honestly; generic answers produce generic plans.
Your answers collect into Your build brief at the bottom of the course overview. Download my build brief PDF gives you a designed document — effectively your personal time-design manual, in your own words.
How long it takes, and what you'll have
Most people finish in two weeks at two modules per week — roughly five hours total. But the real work happens between modules: the audit (Module 2) and the first Friday Reset (Module 5) need real calendar time.
When you finish, you'll have: an outcome-based planning system, an honest audit of your hours, a designed week with power blocks, a daily shutdown ritual, a Friday Reset habit, and burnout guardrails — plus a build brief PDF documenting your personal system.
