Your calendar is full and nothing important gets done. That's not a discipline problem — it's a design problem. Six modules rebuild your week around outcomes instead of tasks: the energy map, Power Blocks, the Friday Reset, and the shutdown ritual that protects it all. Stop managing time. Start designing it.
What you’ll learn
- Think in outcomes, not tasks, and build an Outcome List that drives the week
- Audit your week and find the time thieves hiding in plain sight
- Design your week container around power blocks matched to your energy map
- Protect it all with the Friday Reset and a shutdown ritual that actually holds
Is this for me?
Who is this course for?
Anyone whose to-do list grows faster than they can shrink it. Employees drowning in meetings, freelancers juggling clients, founders doing everything — the system adapts to all three.
What do I need before starting?
A calendar you actually look at. Paper planner, phone app, whiteboard — doesn't matter. But the design has to live somewhere real, or it's just a wish.
How long does it take?
Six modules, about three hours of learning. Then one Friday Reset to build your first designed week — that's the real start of the course, everything before it is preparation.

Module 1
Module 1: Think in Outcomes, Not Tasks
Most founders are busy all day and somehow behind. This module rewires the unit of planning: not tasks you check off, but outcomes you can point at. Everything else in the course hangs on this shift.

Module 2
Module 2: Audit Your Week
You can't fix what you can't see. This module finds where your hours actually go — the meetings, the inbox loops, the "quick checks" — and gives you three moves to take the week back.

Module 3
Module 3: Design Your Week
A week is a container with fixed walls. This module measures your real capacity, gives each weekday a job, and installs the two structures that protect deep work: power blocks and batching.

Module 4
Module 4: Design Your Day
Weeks are designed on Sundays; days are designed the night before. This module maps your energy, chains your blocks, and installs the two rituals that bookend every good day: the morning launch and the shutdown.

Module 5
Module 5: The Weekly Review
Plans rot without maintenance. This module installs the Friday Reset — a 30-minute weekly ritual that scores the week honestly, rolls work forward on purpose, and keeps your 90-day goals connected to your Tuesdays.

Module 6
Module 6: Protect It
A system you can't sustain is a system that fails. This final module builds the guardrails — burnout prevention, boundaries, and the art of saying no to good things — so your designed time survives contact with real life.

Teardown: The Agency Owner Working 70-Hour Weeks
He runs a 12-person agency, bills $40k months, and hasn't taken a real day off in two years. His calendar is a solid wall of color from 8am to 7pm. He tried time-blocking once — it lasted four days. Let's diagnose him with the course framework.
What's working: He has no shortage of demand or talent — the business is real. And he's self-aware enough to know the schedule is the problem, which puts him ahead of most. He even tried the right tool (time-blocking); it just didn't stick.
Where it breaks: He plans by tasks, not outcomes (Module 1). His to-do list has 40 items and no hierarchy, so every day is triage. Nothing has a "done" definition tied to a result — just activity. The course fix: the Outcome List. Three outcomes per week, each with a done-state. Everything else is either delegated, batched, or dropped. Forty tasks become three outcomes and a batch block.
The deeper problem: He has no week container (Module 3) and no shutdown ritual (Module 4). Every day is reactive because no day has a job — Monday looks like Thursday looks like Saturday. And without a shutdown ritual, work bleeds into every evening, which means he never recovers, which means Monday starts depleted. It's a scheduling failure (Module 6), not a willpower failure. The fix: give each weekday a job, protect two morning power blocks for deep work, and install a 15-minute shutdown that closes every day on purpose.
The verdict: This is a Module 1 + Module 3 + Module 6 compound failure. He doesn't need more hours or better apps — he needs outcomes instead of tasks, a week with architecture, and a ritual that ends the day. The 70-hour week isn't a badge; it's a design flaw. Fix the design and the hours collapse on their own.
