Start Here: How to Use This Course
Five minutes here will save you hours later. How the course works, what to do in what order, and what you'll walk away with.
What this course actually teaches
This is a 365-day roadmap from zero to your first real revenue. Not theory — a week-by-week operating plan. You'll make the One-Year Bet, pick your vehicle (freelancer vs. business), find a paid pain, master one skill in 90 days, land clients with manual outreach, deliver like a system, become visible, launch a tiny product, and plan year two.
Eight modules mapped to the year: Days 1–14 reset, 15–45 vehicle, 46–120 skill sprint, 121–210 first clients, 211–260 delivery systems, 261–300 visibility, 301–330 first product, 331–365 year-two planning. Twenty-four lessons total.
How to use it: lessons, quizzes, build brief
Each module has three short lessons. Read the lesson, then hit Mark lesson complete for +10 XP. After the lessons, there's a quiz — get it right for +40 XP.
The Build brief prompts are your business plan in disguise — your vehicle choice, your skill, your offer, your outreach list, your revenue math. Answer with real specifics, not placeholders. 'Coaches' isn't a market; 'CrossFit gym owners in Austin doing $30k/month' is.
Your answers collect into Your build brief at the bottom of the course overview. Download my build brief PDF gives you a designed document — effectively your year-one business plan, in your own words.
How long it takes, and what you'll have
The course itself takes three to four weeks at two modules per week — roughly six to eight hours. But it's designed to be executed over a year; revisit your build brief PDF quarterly as your answers evolve.
When you finish, you'll have: a one-year bet with a finish line, a chosen vehicle, a sharpened skill with proof, a working offer, an outreach engine, delivery systems, a visibility plan, a tiny launch blueprint, honest revenue math, and a year-two plan — plus a build brief PDF that's your business plan.
What are the Build brief prompts in this course, really?
