Module 6: Become Visible — Days 261–300
Outreach got you clients; visibility brings them to you. Forty days of showing the work in public, on one platform, with a clear door for buyers to walk through.

Pick Your Platform
One platform. Not three, not "I'll repurpose everywhere" — one, where your buyers already spend time. Selling to local businesses? Instagram and Facebook. Selling to other businesses? LinkedIn. Selling to consumers or creators? TikTok or YouTube. The right platform is the one where your last three clients hang out, not the one with the most hype.
Commit for 90 days before judging. Platform growth is slow for the first month — that's the algorithm learning who likes your stuff, not a verdict on your content. Most people quit on day 30, right before compound starts. Your only metrics for the first 90 days: did I post 3+ times a week, and did I talk about what I sell clearly?
Set up the profile like a storefront, not a diary: a clear photo or logo, one line saying who you help and how, and a way to contact you. When a prospect from your outreach clicks through (and they will), the profile should answer "what does this person do?" in three seconds.

Document the Work
You don't need original ideas — you need a Paper Trail: the public record of your work, posted as you do it. Before-and-afters from client projects. Lessons you learned this week. Your process, step by step. Your opinions about your industry. Your numbers, with permission. Three posts a week, every week, and within two months you look like the most active expert in your niche — because you are.
The Paper Trail works because buyers research before they reply. When your outreach lands, the prospect clicks your profile. A profile full of real work says "this person does this every day." A profile full of motivational quotes says "this person posts." Document, don't perform — show the work, the mistakes, the fixes. Imperfect and real beats polished and empty.
Keep a running list in your notes app: every interesting thing that happens in client work becomes a post. "Fixed a client's checkout page, conversions up 30% — here's what was broken" is a better post than 99% of business content, and it took you ten minutes to write because you lived it.

Turning Attention Into Inbound
Attention without a next step is entertainment. The Inbound Flywheel is the full loop: visibility brings eyeballs, the Paper Trail builds trust, a clear door turns trust into inquiries, clients create more proof, and proof makes the next loop spin faster. Most beginners build the first half and forget the door.
The door has three parts. One: your bio states the offer and the buyer — "I help dental clinics get patients." Two: a single call to action everywhere — "DM me START" or a booking link, not five different links. Three: a fast response — reply to inquiries within hours, not days. Speed closes; the first responder wins most deals.
Measure the flywheel monthly: profile views, inquiries, calls, clients. If views are high and inquiries are zero, the door is broken — fix the bio and CTA. If inquiries are high and calls are zero, your response is too slow or too vague. The numbers always tell you which part of the flywheel needs oil.
