Content Creation Systems
Consistent creators aren't more talented or more motivated — they run systems. By the end of this course you'll have four: content pillars that end the blank page, an idea machine that never runs dry, a 2-hour batching session that produces a full week, and a repurposing chain that multiplies every idea by five.
No prerequisites — pairs well with Content Strategy
Every creator you admire has the same secret: they stopped relying on inspiration. In six modules you'll build the machinery behind consistent output — the Pillar Matrix that generates endless topics, the capture habit that banks every idea, the Batch Session that clears your week in two hours, and the Content Multiplier that turns one idea into five pieces. Stop waiting to feel like creating. Start running a system that creates whether you feel like it or not.
What you’ll learn
- Define 3–5 content pillars and cross them with four post types in the Pillar Matrix — 16+ idea combinations on demand
- Build an idea capture system with 20 sources and a weekly review, so your idea bank never drops below 30
- Run a 2-hour Batch Session that drafts, polishes, and schedules a full week of content in one sitting
- Apply the Content Multiplier to turn every strong idea into five format-native pieces without repeating yourself
Is this for me?
Who is this course for?
Anyone who wants to publish consistently but keeps falling off — founders, freelancers, and creators who know content matters but can't sustain it. If you've ever thought "I have nothing to post," this is your course.
What do I need before starting?
Nothing but a notebook or a notes app and two hours a week you can protect. No audience required, no tools to buy. This course is about the system behind the content, not the content itself.
How long does it take?
Six modules, about 30–45 minutes each. Most people finish in two weeks — and the real coursework is running your first three Batch Sessions, because the system only exists once you've used it.
Module 0
Module 0: Start Here
Why most creators quit — and the system that keeps you publishing. Ten minutes here saves you months of false starts.

Module 1
Module 1: Content Pillars
Your 3–5 themes and the Pillar Matrix that turns them into endless ideas.

Module 2
Module 2: The Idea Machine
Capture systems, 20 idea sources, and the swipe file that never runs dry.

Module 3
Module 3: Batching
The 2-hour Batch Session that produces a full week of content.

Module 4
Module 4: Repurposing
The Content Multiplier: turn one strong idea into five pieces.

Module 5
Module 5: Staying Consistent
The calendar, the minimum viable week, and the 90-day review.
Choose your track
Not everyone needs the same path. Pick the one that fits where you are.
Starter track
Modules 0–2: the mindset, your pillars, and the idea machine. Don't touch batching until your idea bank holds 30 ideas — batching an empty bank is just scheduling anxiety.
Steady track
All modules in order, one per week. Run one Batch Session per week, keep the idea bank above 30, and repurpose your two best posts each month. Steady output beats heroic weeks.
Volume track
All modules, then the full Multiplier: two Batch Sessions a week, every idea run through the five-format chain, 90-day reviews on schedule. Volume is where the compounding curve gets steep — but only after the system is solid.

Teardown: one weak content calendar, one strong one
The weak calendar: a blank spreadsheet with "post something" written on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday — and nothing else. No topics, no formats, no ideas banked. Monday arrives, the creator stares at the empty cell, scrolls for inspiration, writes something rushed at 9pm, and calls it content. By week three the cells are empty and the calendar is abandoned. The problem isn't discipline — it's that this calendar asks for five separate acts of inspiration every week, and inspiration doesn't take appointments.
The strong calendar: the same spreadsheet, but every cell was filled last Sunday during a 10-minute planning session. Each cell names a pillar, a format, and a specific banked idea: "Tue — Pillar 2 (client stories) — story post — the bakery that doubled email signups." The ideas came from a bank of 40, built by a capture habit and a Friday review. The posts themselves were written in one 2-hour Batch Session on Saturday morning. The calendar isn't asking for inspiration at all — it's executing decisions already made.
Now count the decisions. The weak calendar demands roughly 15 creative decisions a week (what to say, in what format, when, with what angle — five times over), all made under weekday time pressure. The strong calendar makes those same decisions once, on the weekend, in a calm two-hour block. Willpower is spent at the moment of creation; systems spend it in advance, when it's cheap.
What most people would get wrong: they'd try to fix the weak calendar with stricter rules — "I must post daily, no excuses" — which just raises the willpower bill. The fix isn't more discipline, it's fewer decisions: pillars narrow the topics, the idea bank pre-loads the raw material, batching consolidates the work, and the calendar just executes.
The lesson: a calendar is an execution tool, not a motivation tool. If your calendar requires you to feel inspired five times a week, it's broken by design. Build the upstream systems — pillars, ideas, batching — and the calendar becomes the easiest part of the whole machine.
