Your knowledge is money sitting in your head. In seven modules you'll pick a product idea, validate it before building a thing, price it without flinching, and run a launch sequence — pre-launch, launch week, evergreen — that turns what you know into revenue on repeat.

What you'll learn

  • Find the overlap between what you know and what people will actually pay for.
  • Prove demand with a weekend of validation work instead of a quarter of building the wrong thing.
  • Price with frameworks that let you charge with confidence — and raise your price later.
  • Run the full launch choreography: pre-launch, launch week, and follow-up — then turn it into year-round evergreen sales.

Is this for me?

Who is this course for?

Experts, freelancers, and creators with a skill people already ask them about. If people say “you should teach this,” you're ready.

What do I need before starting?

A skill or body of knowledge, and ideally an audience — even a small one. No product built yet; that's the course.

How long does it take?

Seven modules at 30–45 minutes each for the learning. The building takes longer — most people launch within 4–8 weeks.

Teardown: the $49 Notion template pack that stalled

A productivity creator with 40,000 followers launched a pack of Notion templates for freelancers at $49. Launch day brought 180 sales — about $8,800 — then sales fell to a trickle of two or three a week. A year later the product still exists but earns almost nothing. The creator calls it a failure and hasn't launched since.

What's working: The product itself is good — buyers leave positive reviews. The creator had a real audience and genuine expertise. The price was reasonable for the value. Launch-day demand proved people wanted it.

What's broken: Everything around the product. There was no email list — all 40,000 followers lived on rented algorithmic land, so launch day was the only day the creator could reach everyone at once. There was no launch sequence — just three posts saying "it's out." No pre-sell, no validation beyond "people liked my free templates," no testimonials collected at launch, and the price was set by gut feel ($49 sounded nice) rather than anchored against the value ($49 for templates that save 10 hours a month is arguably underpriced). After launch week, there was no evergreen system — no sales page SEO, no email automation, no affiliate program.

The fix, in course order: Module 2 — validate with pre-sales before building the full pack (even 20 pre-sales at $29 would have funded creation and proven demand). Module 4 — price against value: freelancers billing $75/hour who save 5 hours a month get $375/month of value; $49 is leaving money on the table. Module 5 — a real sales page with testimonials from beta users instead of a link in bio. Module 6 — a two-week launch sequence with a waitlist, not three posts. Module 7 — evergreen: an email capture on the free templates feeding an automated sequence that sells the pack year-round. The product wasn't the problem. The system around it was missing — which is exactly what this course builds.
