LinkedIn Company Pages

Most company pages are ghost towns — a logo, three followers, and a post from last quarter. By the end of this course you'll know exactly why pages get less reach than profiles, how to set up a page that converts visitors into believers, and how to build the Advocacy Engine that turns your team into your distribution network.

Your company page is the first place a B2B buyer checks after your website — and the last place most businesses invest any effort. In six modules you'll go from a bare logo page to a full credibility engine: a page built to convert, a content mix the feed actually rewards, and an employee advocacy system that multiplies every post's reach. Stop letting your page sit empty. Start making it work.

What you’ll learn

  • Set up every section of your company page — tagline, about, specialties, CTA — so visitors convert instead of bouncing
  • Run the Page-Profile Split: know exactly what belongs on the page vs what belongs on personal profiles
  • Build the Advocacy Engine: a simple system that gets your team sharing company content every week
  • Read your page analytics and run a quarterly review that keeps the page improving instead of decaying

Is this for me?

Who is this course for?

Founders, marketers, and anyone responsible for a business's LinkedIn presence. If your company page has a logo and not much else — or gets a fraction of the reach your personal posts do — this is your course. Solo operators get value too: the page is your business's official home even before you hire.

Do I need employees for this to work?

No. The employee advocacy module scales down to zero: the same principles work with partners, contractors, and your own personal profile amplifying the page. But if you do have a team — even three people — advocacy is the highest-ROI tactic in the course.

How long does it take?

Six modules, about 30–45 minutes each. Most people finish in two weeks. The page setup itself (Module 1) can be done in a single afternoon — that's your first win.

Module 0

Module 0: Start here

Choose your track

Not everyone needs the same path. Pick the one that fits where you are.

Founder track

Modules 0–1 first: get the page set up perfectly in one afternoon. Then Module 3's advocacy system scaled down to you — your personal profile amplifying the page. Add Module 2's content mix when you're ready to post weekly. You're the whole marketing team; make every hour count.

Marketer track

All modules in order, one per week. You're building the full system: perfect page, content engine, advocacy program, follower growth, and the analytics habit. By week six you own the company's LinkedIn presence end to end.

Team track

Modules 0–1 to set the foundation, then straight to Module 3: employee advocacy is your force multiplier. Run the advocacy launch in week two, layer in Modules 2 and 4 for content and growth, and use Module 5's quarterly review to report results to leadership.

Teardown: one weak page, one strong page

The weak page: a logo, the tagline "Innovative solutions for tomorrow's challenges," an about section that reads "We are a leading provider of best-in-class services," and the last post from four months ago announcing a holiday office closure. Run it through the Credibility Stack: the page itself says nothing specific — a B2B buyer can't tell what this company does, who it's for, or why it's different. The employee profiles aren't linked, so there's no human proof behind the logo. And the content is dead, which actively signals "nobody's home." This page doesn't just fail to help — it hurts. A buyer who finds it trusts the company less than if they'd found nothing.

The strong page: a crisp logo and a cover image showing the team at work, the tagline "Bookkeeping for agencies that hate bookkeeping — 40+ firms served," an about section that opens with the exact problem, names the proof, and ends with a CTA. Twelve employees are listed and visibly sharing the page's posts. The feed has two posts a week: a client win with real numbers, a behind-the-scenes photo, a short lesson from the founder. Run the same stack: the page converts (specific, proof-backed, clear CTA), the people amplify (employees sharing = reach the page could never buy), and the content compounds (every post is another reason to trust). A buyer who lands here thinks "these people are alive and good at what they do."

What most people would get wrong: they'd try to fix the weak page by posting more. But the page's problem isn't volume — it's that nothing on it answers the buyer's three questions: what do you do, who is it for, and why should I believe you? Module 1 fixes the foundation first. Content on a broken page is just noise with a logo.

The lesson: a company page is a conversion asset, not a social media chore. The weak page leaks trust at every section; the strong page stacks it — page, people, and posts all saying the same specific thing. That's the Credibility Stack, and it's the whole game on LinkedIn for B2B.
