Outbound is shouting at strangers and hoping someone listens. Inbound is being so useful that customers find you, choose you, and bring their friends. Six modules take you through the whole system — attract, convert, close, delight — plus the buyer's journey map that ties it all together. Stop renting attention. Start earning it.

What you’ll learn

  • Run the four-stage inbound system: attract strangers, convert them to leads, close them patiently, delight them into promoters
  • Use the Magnet Method to create content so useful that customers discover you while searching for answers
  • Map every piece of content to the buyer's journey — awareness, consideration, decision — with the Journey Map
  • Measure the four numbers that matter and fix the weakest stage first, every month

Is this for me?

Who is this course for?

Anyone who wants customers without cold-calling or ad budgets — freelancers, local businesses, creators, and founders starting from zero. If the idea of chasing strangers makes you tired, this is your course.

What do I need before starting?

Nothing but a business (or business idea) and a few hours a week. No website required to start learning — though you'll want one by Module 2. No ad spend, ever, in this course.

How long does it take?

Six modules, about 30–45 minutes each. Most people finish in two to three weeks — but the real work is the system you build as you go: one magnet piece, one landing page, one nurture sequence, one review ask.

Choose your track

Not everyone needs the same path. Pick the one that fits where you are.

Explorer track

Modules 0 and 5 first: understand the four stages, then map your buyer's journey. You'll see the whole system and know exactly which stage is your weakest — then go build just that one.

Steady track

All six modules in order, one per week. Build as you learn: one magnet piece in week two, one landing page in week three, one nurture email per day in week four. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

Full build track

All modules, then the complete system in 30 days: attract content live, conversion path working, nurture sequence sending, review ask automated. Measure your four numbers on day 30 and fix the weakest stage.

Your build brief

Everything you write in the build brief prompts across this course's modules collects here. Download it as a designed PDF — and we keep a copy too, so when you're ready for us to build it for you, we already know exactly what you want.

Teardown: one weak homepage, one strong homepage

The weak homepage: a big slider photo, the headline "Welcome to Our Website," three paragraphs about how long the company has been around, and a "Contact Us" link buried in the menu. Run it through the buyer's journey: awareness? Nothing here names the visitor's problem — it opens with the company, not the customer. Consideration? No comparisons, no proof, no answers. Decision? A generic contact link with no reason to click it now. This page serves the business's ego, not the buyer's journey — and the bounce rate proves it.

The strong homepage: the headline "Leaking faucet? Fixed today, guaranteed." — that's awareness, naming the exact problem the visitor searched. Below it, three common fixes with honest prices — that's consideration, helping them compare. Then a photo of a real technician, 200+ local reviews, and a "Book in 60 seconds" button — that's decision, removing every ounce of risk. One page, all three journey stages, in the order the buyer's brain actually works.

Now map both to the four inbound stages. The weak page attracts nobody (it answers no search question), converts nobody (no offer, no form), and delights nobody. The strong page attracts (it ranks for the problem), converts (the booking button is a fair trade: 60 seconds for a fixed faucet), and sets up delight (the guarantee makes the first 30 days safe). The difference isn't design budget — it's journey thinking.

What most people would get wrong: they'd redesign the weak homepage — new colors, a video background, fancier fonts. None of that matters. The problem is structural: the page talks about the company when the visitor is thinking about their problem. This is Module 5's whole point: map content to the buyer's mindset, and conversion follows.

The lesson: every page on your site should know which journey stage it's serving. Awareness pages name problems. Consideration pages compare honestly. Decision pages remove risk. Get the stage right and even an ugly page converts; get it wrong and even a beautiful page bounces.
