Webinars That Sell
A webinar is the closest thing to a sales conversation you can have with a hundred people at once. By the end of this course you'll be able to plan, teach, and pitch a 60-minute webinar that converts — the arc, the Value Bridge, the Stack Slide, and the follow-up that catches everyone who didn't buy live.
No prerequisites — pairs well with Email Marketing.
Sixty minutes. That's the whole sales cycle — stranger to buyer — compressed into one session. In six modules you'll learn the webinar arc that makes it happen: a teach section that builds real trust, a pitch that feels like a favor, and a follow-up sequence that rescues the no-shows. Stop treating webinars like lectures. Start running them like the highest-converting hour in your business.
What you’ll learn
- Structure a 60-minute webinar using the proven arc: hook, teach, transition, pitch
- Deliver a teach section — the Value Bridge — that builds trust without giving away the farm
- Pitch with the Stack Slide: stack value before the price reveal so the offer feels like a favor
- Set up registration, reminders, replay, and the No-Show Rescue follow-up sequence
Is this for me?
Who is this course for?
Anyone selling something over a few hundred dollars — a course, a program, a service, coaching. Webinars are built for considered purchases, the kind nobody buys from a single ad. If your offer needs explaining, this is your format.
What do I need before starting?
An offer to sell and something real to teach about it. You don't need fancy software — a slide deck, a webcam, and a registration page are enough to run your first one. No audience required to start; this course covers how to fill the room.
How long does it take?
Six modules, about 30–45 minutes each of learning. Most people finish in two weeks — and the real coursework is building your actual webinar: one module per week, and you'll have a finished deck, script, and follow-up sequence by the end.
Module 0
Module 0: Start here
Why webinars still out-convert every other format for high-ticket offers, what this course builds week by week, and the one decision to make before you touch a slide: what exactly you're selling.
Module 1
Module 1: The Webinar Arc
The 60-minute structure that carries a stranger to a buyer: the hook that earns attention, the teach that builds trust, the transition that turns the corner, and the pitch that closes. Learn the arc before you write a word.
Module 2
Module 2: The Teach
The teach section is where webinars are won or lost. Learn the Value Bridge — how to deliver genuinely useful content that proves you can help, while making the pitch feel like the natural next step instead of an ambush.
Module 3
Module 3: The Pitch
The Stack Slide, the price reveal, and urgency without sleaze. This module teaches you to present your offer so the value is undeniable before the price appears — and to close with honest urgency instead of fake countdowns.
Module 4
Module 4: Tech & Setup
Platforms, slides, registration pages, and the reminder sequence that actually gets opens. The unglamorous half of webinars — and the reason most webinars die with twelve people in the room.
Module 5
Module 5: The Follow-Up
Half your sales happen after the webinar ends. The replay window, the No-Show Rescue sequence for registrants who never showed, and the honest case for evergreen versus live — plus when to switch.
Choose your track
Not everyone needs the same path. Pick the one that fits where you are.
First-timer track
Modules 0–2 first: decide your offer, learn the arc, and build your teach section. Run one live webinar to a small list before touching tech polish — your first webinar's job is to prove the offer converts, not to look expensive.
Steady track
All modules in order, one per week. Build the deck as you learn: arc in week one, teach in week two, pitch in week three, tech in week four, follow-up in week five. Go live in week six with the full system behind you.
Evergreen track
For people with a proven live webinar: run it live twice to nail the pitch, then convert the recording into an evergreen funnel per Module 5. Evergreen only works on a pitch that's already been tested in front of real humans.

Teardown: one weak webinar, one strong webinar
The weak webinar: ninety minutes, and the first forty are the presenter's life story. Credentials, childhood, the struggle, the breakthrough — a memoir with slides. The teach is ten rushed minutes of generic tips. The pitch arrives at minute eighty as a surprise: a price slide with no buildup, no value stack, no reason to believe. Half the room left at minute thirty. The rest stayed out of politeness. Nobody bought, because nobody was ever given a reason to.
The strong webinar: sixty minutes, and the first five earn the rest — a hook that names the viewer's exact problem. The teach runs thirty-five minutes and every minute does two jobs: it delivers real, usable value, and it quietly proves the presenter is the person to hire. That's the Value Bridge — by the time the transition arrives, the pitch doesn't feel like a turn. It feels like the next sentence.
Then the Stack Slide: every component of the offer listed with its standalone value, added up in front of the viewer, before the price appears. When the price finally lands, it's sitting next to a number three times bigger. The viewer isn't deciding whether the offer is worth it — the stack already answered that. They're deciding whether to act now, and honest urgency (a real bonus deadline, a real cohort cap) answers that too.
What most people would get wrong: they'd fix the weak webinar by upgrading the tech — better camera, fancier slides, a slicker platform. None of that matters. The problem is the structure: forty minutes of backstory is forty minutes the viewer didn't sign up for. This is Module 1's whole point — the arc is the product, and the arc is free to fix.
The lesson: the strong webinar isn't stronger because of production. It's stronger because every section earns the next one. The hook earns the teach. The teach — the Value Bridge — earns the pitch. The Stack Slide earns the price. That's the whole game: never ask for attention you haven't earned yet.
