The Content Machine
Stop posting at random. Build a weekly loop: one substantial piece of content becomes a week of posts on every platform, and your audience's reactions tell you exactly what to make next. By the end you'll run the whole system in about five hours a week.

One idea should never be one post. The Bedrock Loop turns a single anchor into twelve native pieces — surveyed from your territories, crushed into pebbles, scattered natively, echoed back into the next bedrock. Six modules build the machine that keeps you visible everywhere without burning you out. Create once, show up everywhere.
What you’ll learn
- Run the weekly Bedrock Loop: survey, make the anchor, crush, scatter, listen, echo
- Turn one bedrock piece into twelve native pebbles with the 1-to-12 rule
- Scatter natively on each platform instead of cross-posting the same file everywhere
- Mine your comments and close the loop so the audience feeds next week's anchor
Is this for me?
Who is this course for?
People already creating content who can't keep up with the demand they've created for themselves. If you're not publishing anything yet, you have nothing to put through the machine — start with Creator Roadmap instead.
What do I need before starting?
An existing content habit, even a shaky one, and one 'bedrock' format you make regularly — a video, a newsletter, a podcast episode. The machine multiplies what exists; it can't multiply zero.
How long does it take?
Six modules, about a week of learning. Then one full week running the Bedrock Loop for real — that's when it clicks, when you watch one anchor become twelve pieces.
Module 0
Module 0: Start here
What this course is, how to use it, and what you'll walk away with. Ten minutes now saves hours later.

Module 1
Module 1: The Bedrock Loop
Most creators run on a treadmill: post, hope, repeat. This module replaces the treadmill with a loop — one substantial piece per week, broken into many small pieces, distributed everywhere, then rebuilt from what your audience tells you. Learn the six stages and the weekly rhythm that makes it run.

Module 2
Module 2: Survey — Plan the Week
Great content weeks are decided before the camera turns on. This module covers the Survey: claiming your territories, mining your audience for topics, and running a 30-minute weekly planning session that hands you next week's bedrock on a plate.

Module 3
Module 3: Bedrock — Make the Anchor
Bedrock is the one substantial thing you make each week — the long video, the deep article, the full episode. This module covers picking your format, running a focused 90-minute creation session, and packing bedrock dense enough to crush into a dozen pebbles.

Module 4
Module 4: Crush — Splinter It
Crushing is the extraction pass: you take the week's bedrock and break it into pebbles — clips, cards, threads, tips. One hour, one bedrock, a week of posts. This module teaches the extraction pass, the pebble formats, and the 1-to-12 rule.

Module 5
Module 5: Scatter — Distribute Natively
Pebbles only work if they feel at home where they land. Scatter is native distribution: each pebble formatted for its platform, posted on a rhythm your audience can set a watch by. This module covers native formatting, the weekly calendar, and captions that earn the click.

Module 6
Module 6: Listen & Echo — Close the Loop
The loop's superpower is its second half: listening. Comments, replies, and DMs tell you exactly what to make next — no guessing required. This module teaches the comment mine routine, a dead-simple reaction ledger, and how to turn winners into next week's bedrock.
Choose your track
Not everyone needs the same path. Pick the one that fits where you are.
Starter track
Modules 0–3: the loop, survey, bedrock. Make one good anchor piece before you worry about splintering it. Then Module 5 (scatter) to distribute natively. Save Modules 4 and 6 (crush systematics, echo) until the loop is running.
Advanced track
All modules in order, plus the teardown and the final exam. Advanced is the full 1-to-12 extraction for four consecutive weeks, plus the comment mine as a weekly ritual. That's when the machine starts feeding itself.

Teardown: a podcaster's repurposing workflow
He records one 45-minute podcast episode every Tuesday. By Friday, that single recording has become: 5 short clips, 1 quote card, 1 thread, 1 newsletter section, and 2 reply-comments that became next week's episode topic. One input, ten outputs, about 90 extra minutes of work. That's the Bedrock Loop running in the wild.
Bedrock (Module 3): the episode itself is the anchor — substantial, opinionated, structured around one big idea with three supporting points. He plans it with splintering in mind: each supporting point is designed to stand alone as a clip, and he deliberately says one quotable sentence per section ("your content calendar is a graveyard of good intentions" — that became the quote card). Bedrock built for crushing crushes better.
Crush (Module 4): Wednesday morning, one pass through the recording with timestamps. The extraction is systematic, not creative: the 5 strongest 30–60 second moments become clips, the quotable lines become cards, the three supporting points become a thread outline. He doesn't "look for content" — he runs the extraction checklist.
Scatter (Module 5): each pebble is reformatted natively. Clips get burned-in captions and the hook as on-screen text (TikTok/Reels/Shorts). The thread is rewritten for the platform, not copy-pasted from the transcript. The newsletter section is the episode's core argument in 200 words with a link. Same ideas, native shapes — the module's cardinal rule.
Listen & Echo (Module 6): the two reply-comments are the quiet superpower. A listener asked "but what if my niche is boring?" — his detailed reply became a clip, then a thread, then a segment in next week's episode. The comment mine doesn't just distribute content; it generates the next bedrock. The loop feeds itself.
What he'd fix: he's weak on the Survey stage — topics are chosen by gut, not by mining comments and territories first. Two of the last ten episodes underperformed because the topic was interesting to him but unasked-for by the audience. The loop works anyway, but it would work better with Module 2's discipline up front.
The lesson: one good thing per week, systematically multiplied, beats seven mediocre things. The machine isn't about working more — it's about wasting less of what you already made.
